[Prosimos] Resource Allocation wrongly maps resource with activity

In the tab for the "Resource Allocation", the resources are not correctly associated with the task they have assigned (based on the JSON parameters file). Instead, it looks like it maps each resource and task based on the order in the file.

Given this example:
wrong-resource-allocation.zip

The interface assigns "AML Investigator" to "Check application form completeness" wrongly. All the resources are not paired with the activities based on the JSON.
