As @fditrapani mentioned, we'd like the new design to be applied to onboarding in general.
Right now, we won't change it in the theme showcase in WP Admin.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Apply the new badge designs to the Design Picker for onboarding flows
  • Make sure the theme showcase stays the same
  • Confirm that the strings have been translated
