"Customizer" is visible in the masterbar alongside Site editor link. That's pretty confusing!

Customizer normally shows up to be backwards compatible only if themes/plugins register Customizer sections.

Clicking upon it, there's Jetpack Search section:

Jetpack Search editor is available also as Gutenberg version:

We should hide the Customizer version for Jetpack search and the Customizer link in the masterbar.
