Does PMA-Voice have TTS options?

I am looking at building a resounding PMA voice for mute RPers, that you would use /tts and it runs through a TTS service and calls an mp3. Then I want to be able to push that through PMA to give players a voice for those who don't have one.

There is no way to do this currently, you would have to implement this natively in FivesM using something like https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/office/developer/speech-technologies/jj127823(v=msdn.10), you can look at the mumble implementation for how they do it.
