pma-voice radio clicks not working

i have read the read me.

Describe the bug
the radio works perfectly fine, I just can't hear the ogg sounds (radio clicks - mic_click_on, mic_click_off). the weird thing is that me and one of my friends cant hear those, but another 2 of my friends can. same server. super weird...

To Reproduce
simply talking on the radio. haven't changed anything regarding pma-voice.

Expected behavior
when talking on radio, I should hear the radio click on, when when I stop talking on radio I should hear the radio click off.

Server Info:

• Client Build: [2944]
• Game: [FiveM]

Additional context
seems like a client sided issue but I cant tell whats going on. tried to fix it but couldn't find any fixes.

This goes in and out of being an issue randomly

There is no reproduction step here that actually works. These can probably be streamed as native sounds and used via native calls to fix this, but i can't promise to getting around to it any time soon.

This issue does stop occuring if this line is removed though, so the issue is most likely related to the micClicks value in some sort of way.

Perhaps we should make that value stricter. Making it only be true or false, as it can currently be any string.

I'm unsure how the micClicks value starts to deviate from the default "true" value in the first place though, as I've in the past encountered people that have such issues on servers with no custom options or such.
