Onboard has these GSettings: org.onboard.system-theme-tracking-enabled and org.onboard.system-theme-associations.
It seems that we can teach onboard to auto-switch its keyboard theme on GTK theme switching. However, when enabling HighContrast in a11y indicator, the onboard theme stays the same.
