[Feature]: Offline network - Editor not working

Issue description

When running the docker in a private offline (not connected to the internet) network the editor is not showing the data.
i.e, I'm unable to edit the data (at the right side of the page) - its not even showing it.

It only allowing me to import a file and even then I'm unable to edit it via the editor page
It seems that the editor is looking/using for the following urls which are not contained inside the docker:

• https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/monaco-editor/0.34.0/min/vs/loader.js
• https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/monaco-editor/0.34.0/min/vs/editor/editor.main.js
• https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/monaco-editor/0.34.0/min/vs/editor/editor.main.css
• https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/monaco-editor/0.34.0/min/vs/editor/editor.main.nls.js
• https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/monaco-editor/0.34.0/min/vs/language/json/jsonMode.js

Monaco editor is fetched from the CDN, so it's unable to run in offline mode currently.
