That's expected. The chat widget wants to enable sound on load, but most browsers don't allow if before any user interaction with the site.

Does it mean that the original meaning of the sound caused the entire Azgaar Assistant function to be unusable?
How should I solve it?

Yes, it just stopped working a few days ago... It looks now it only works in the "full view" mode. Can you clear the cache and try again?
