Add things like monarchs for states; mayors for cities; generals, officers, commanders, sergeants, etc. for military?

Depending on the kind of state, there would be a different kind of monarch, e. g. kings for kingdoms. The names of the figures of authority would depend on their culture. The ranking of the figure of authority would also show how much of the state or military they have control over (e. g. governors for provinces, and captains for regiments, and different ranks in military can lead different groups of soldiers(https://militarybenefits.info/military-ranks-insignia-charts/). You should also add a modern setting, so you can enable more modern names and options for generally everything. (I will probably add to this ideas list later.)
