[Feature] Add more dashboards for Azure IoT Operations from sample dashboards

Please provide us with the following information:

Default Azure IoT Operations template installs DP, Akri, Orchestrator components. Currently, the repo doesn't have dashboards for them. But they are available in the sample-dashboards, so it would be good to add them.

Most probably these dashboards can not be just imported, as some changes to Data Sources or metrics name may be required. But that should be validated.
