ContentModerator functionality not getting reflected

For some reason, the ContentModerator functionality (review text/image) is not getting reflected on the published website.. Images are getting added in the Azure Store and CosmosDB etc.. However it does not move to the correct category and remains in "Pending". Is some step missing. Do any changes need to be done to the local.settings.json file in the ContentModerator solution for this to work?
