💡 Feature Request - Policy Maintenance Features like removing Policy-Assignments #260

Describe the solution you'd like
Since bicep cannot delete deployed Policy-Definitions, Policy-SetDefitnitions or Assignments, we need a way to maintain deployed Policies. Example: We assign a Policy with the ALZ-Bicep code. Now we want to remove this assignment again.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual or PowerShell removing is needed. But also cleaning bicep code as well.
