Customized Saas life Cycle and added more stages like Pendingfulfillment, TestDrive, CustomerGoAhead etc, then webhook is not working as expected

Describe the bug
I have added more stages to the Saas life cycle before subscribe like Pendingfulfillment, TestDrive, CustomerGoAhead etc. After implementing im not receiving webhook POST events.
I verified the Technical configuration(Connection webhook: https://demo-saas-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net/api/AzureWebhook) page of Saas offer to make sure i have entered correct webhook url.
After publishing the application Azure app service, im not receiving webhook events.

Expected behavior
Should receive webhook POST events

Hi @NareshkumarBT , only events listed here will have a webhook notification. If you added more custom notifications, your custom logic will be responsible, so I recommend a debug/fix on your side in this case,

Hi @santhoshb-msft, I published the admin portal and customer portal without any implementation(with default life cycle).
In that case also, the webhook events are not occurring all the time as expected, rarely the events are triggering.

whenever i subscribe to offer, im getting webhook payload but after for all other actions there is no any webhook payload.
