Emails not sendig

We configured the SMTP server details as follow:

But are getting the following error in the application logs:
An error occurred while attempting to process a webhook notification: [Failure sending mail.].

We also tried port 587, but then we get the error that we are unauthorized. We followed also the steps of enable SMTP auth
