Describe the bug
After script deployment the App Service for the admin portal fails to load and gives a 500 Error shown screenshot below

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Resource Group
  2. Admin App Service plan
  3. default domain and select
  4. See error

Expected behavior
the expected behavior would be to load the app service web app

                        if the NTFS permissions are set incorrectly.</li>
                    <li>IIS was not able to process configuration for the Web site or application.</li>
                    <li>The authenticated user does not have permission to use this DLL.</li>
                    <li>The request is mapped to a managed handler but the .NET Extensibility Feature is not installed.
