ALZ - Service Principal setup steps missing

I think I might be missing something in the Documentation here:

Is there a missing step on configuring the Service Principal for AzOps?

I'm probably missing it.

Steps to reproduce

In the 'Deploying Enterprise-Scale' section, the 'Configure Microsoft Entra permissions' section references applying the AzOps service principal to the Directory readers role, but no reference in the documentation to create it prior to that.

AzOps is no longer part of this repository, and our recommended approaches for infra-as-code for landing zones is either ALZ Bicep or ALZ Terraform.

I don't believe that it was answered appropriately. If the steps are no longer relevant, then they should be updated and have references to older methods removed throughout the document.
