Ability to Query devices by Device twin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We do not track our devices by device id. We track our devices by tags that indicate where they are geographically located, which asset they are on and what their role is. As a result, querying a device by device id is not an option. C

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have the ability to query devices based on the device twin, especially the tags. e.g. tags.assetid="12345"

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently we have to login to the portal, navigate to the iot hub we are interested in and query devices in the portal.
