With the new release, the Update-AzSubscription command has been split into three different operational commands:
Enable-AzSubscription (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.subscription/enable-azsubscription?view=azps-11.1.0)
Disable-AzSubscription (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.subscription/disable-azsubscription?view=azps-11.1.0)
Rename-AzSubscription （https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.subscription/rename-azsubscription?view=azps-11.1.0）
