Add sample coverage for public documentation.

Details

We need to target all topics in the samples, but to guide prioritization and where to start:

Wave 1

• Computer Use
• Web search
• File search
• Function call
• Code interpreter
• MCP

Wave 2

• Azure AI search
• Bing
• Fabric
• SharePoint

Wave 3

All other topics

Additional

We should exersize streaming where possible. Particularly, tool calling with streaming has been a bit of a pain to make work in an ergonomic way in the past. Let's sync when we find such case on what would be the best API we can expose for users.
