Query/Question

PostgreSqlFlexibleServer Storage - Add support for PremiumV2_LRS storage type

This requires the type, iops, and throughput properties added to PostgreSqlFlexibleServerStorage

iops already exists, but is get only. It is required for PremiumV2_LRS storage.
