SDK pull request for all languages except .NET is linked by cloud flow that polls the status of SDK generation status. But click on left side menu on the language and click on Next button in Generate SDK step clears the previously set SDK pull request link from DB and this jeopardizes the release status.

Fix: We should update the SDK pull request from the app only for .NET and this should be done only if a PR link is present in the text box to link the PR.
