Release Cadence for blob fuse

Hi Team,

Do we have any release plan for the next version to be released.. I can see the releases are largely following 2/3 months release Windows.

I have recently raised and issue regarding CVE fixes and what to understand when the next release is planned either a preview release or a GA release.

Also please let us know if there is a way to expedite the release.

General cadence for release is 2/3 months only, but we adjust the timelines based on incoming feature or big fixes. We are working on a new feature, and plan was to release the next preview version once the feature is ready. Other than couple of fixes we do not have anything major for the next release, if we go without this feature. Hence the release is delayed a bit.

Thanks for the update @vibhansa-msft. Appreciate taking time for responding.

We need help regarding one of the CVE - CVE-2025-22871 that has been fixed in the above mentioned issue number.

Based on the nature of the CVE, we are facing challenges and we may not be able to wait longer for it to be available according to our corporate security policies.

We request you to please consider our request and get one early release (may be preview2) containing this CVE fix. This will help us to secure our machines in which we are extensively using blob fuse.

Thanks for all the good work. If we can get this release in this week/early next week, it will help us :-).

We have good partnership with MS/Azure. Could not use official id because of policies. Hence using personal id to raise this.
