[AVM Module Issue]: Unable to redeploy Linux VM with extensions enabled

Description

When using AVM and trying to re-deploy a VM with any of the extensions enabled we get this error:

Message: Multiple VMExtensions per handler not supported for OS type 'Linux'. VMExtension 'DependencyAgent' with handler 'Microsoft.Azure.Monitoring.DependencyAgent.DependencyAgentLinux' already added or specified in input. (BadRequest) Multiple VMExtensions per handler not supported for OS type 'Linux'. VMExtension 'DependencyAgent' with handler 'Microsoft.Azure.Monitoring.DependencyAgent.DependencyAgentLinux' already added or specified in input.
