Adding Switzerland North and Switzerland West

We need to have access to Regions within Switzerland. Since it is now general available, could you add it to the valid locations?

I see that at least regions for Norway, Germany and Switzerland are missing.

I wonder if just updating Azure/open-service-broker-azure/blob/master/pkg/schemas/location_schema.go would be enough?
