📩 How to Create an Azure Support Request

To address issues with specific Azure resources such as Azure App Service or Azure CDN, you can raise an Azure Support request. Azure allows you to create and manage support requests (also known as support tickets) through the Azure portal.

  • Subscription Management Support: Azure offers unlimited support for subscription-related issues, including billing, quota adjustments, and account transfers.
  • Technical Support: For technical assistance, a support plan is required. For more information, refer to Compare Support Plans.
