Add capability to support Collection and Default experiment during parsing

@TomCharlesRousseau opened an issue I am moving here as part of the parser infrastructure: https://github.com/BAMresearch/sigmabam2openbis/issues/3

The idea is to revert the latest changes and use COLLECTION, instead of DEFAULT_EXPERIMENT, for storing objects and metadata in openBIS.
