no longer hard-coding where the year/ YMD tree has its root
not very elegant, but creating directories in the beginning isn't either I think

Add and remove .keep files to ensure measurement dates are not deleted on the server until the script has run through.
Script generation works and looks sane, measurement script execution remains to be tested.
