Check unit conversion of lengths/areas of space boundaries #838
Description
There are some unit conversion errors when the IFC files contains e.g. mm for lengths but m² for areas.
Check function 'shape = PyOCCTools.scale_shape(shape, conv_factor, gp_Pnt(0, 0, 0))' in bps_elements.py (Line 975)
