With the change to BTS DPOS voting system the original Norns whitepaper & potentially ABA design are outdated.

Potential changes

• Reduce MCR closer to 105% to encourage borrowing without increasing risk
• Evaluate effect of the newly introduced settlement/collateral systems
• Introduce new feed producers
• Evaluate interaction with new Bitshares pools
• Evaluate effect/influence of new credit offering system on the Norns
