TODO: Ensure the correct precision is always used

The EOS blockchain seems to break when you try to transfer 1 EOS instead of 1.0000 EOS.

We therefore need to either:

1. Inform the user they always need to use the correct precision.
2. Lookup EOS assets & enforce the precision.
