Description
If you set _shockOutRadius to a high number say 150 and _shockAdLife to a number near or higher than _reloadTime. Then there is a discrepancy between what size shockwave the local player sees (the one who shoots it) and what a remote player sees (anyone else watching).
The rate of expansion is the same but the local players' shockwave disappears once they've reloaded and they can fire more shockwaves, but for the remote player it will keep on growing until it has reached the radius of _shockOutRadius. The remote player won't see any more shots from the local player until the first shockwave runs out.
