modeltool drawinfo capability was left behind #376
Description
At some point in the past the drawinfo conversion capability of modeltool was dropped by the side of the road.
I think it was around 2017 with the v.2.99 brew-haha.
Everyone who has a bzflag download since 2017 has lost the ability to convert to drawinfo.
The workaround (for me) is to use an old version of modeltool, which requires an old laptop with an old CPU.
But I'm getting worn out juggling files back and forth. I would really like to use modeltool with apple silicon someday.
It should be a pretty easy fix to dig out the old code and drop it into the new source.
