The sequence name is invalid here:

golden-sample-services/services/product/src/main/java/com/backbase/goldensample/product/persistence/ProductEntity.java

Line 56 in f67c0c5

value = "hibernate_sequence"

It should be:

golden-sample-services/database/product-db/src/main/resources/db/changelog/db.changelog-1.0.0.xml

Line 46 in f67c0c5

<createSequence sequenceName="seq_product" startValue="1" incrementBy="5"/>

did not check other entities.
