Open the Telemetry Grapher with a script

Hi Ball Aero & Ryan,

I am using COSMOS v4.5.0 on Ubuntu.

I am looking to automate the process of opening the Telemetry Grapher and loading a configuration file to the Telemetry Grapher. Is there a cosmos command or method for opening the telemetry grapher with a script (python, ruby, etc.)?

It would be extra helpful to load a configuration file to the Telemetry Grapher using the script as well.
