Set a global shortcut key for opening Beagle

You can set - I have, and I highly suggest it - a shortcut to open the extension by going to chrome://extensions/ and then going to the bottom, clicking on "Keyboard shortcuts", and choosing one to activate the extension. I use cmd+shift+B. Changed my life.
