Add shift option to reverse cycle options

Hi,
It would be great to have an option to reverse cycle - for example, currently I have Ctrl-Alt-Num1 to cycle through the audio output devices.

I use GoXLR and have 6 audio output devices to cycle through and sometimes I bypass it too quickly - it would be great to have Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Num1 to reverse the cycle of choices.
