[Bug] The installer freezes at the moment "Downloading asar file" and nothing happens...

Describe the bug
I ran into this problem: the better discord crashed and freezes at the moment with "Downloading asar file" during installation. Freezes again during repair and re-installation, the same problem occurs when deleting the better discord and re-downloading.
I can't install a better discord.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Installer of Better Discord
2. Choose Install or Repair
3. Choose Standard version of Discord
4. Installation begins....and freezed with "Downloading asar file"

Expected behavior
Succesfully installed better discord

Getting the same problem on Fedora 42.

Based in UK, tried both with and without VPN.

Same, based in Italy and on Fedora 42 as well as without vpn, have the same problem

It seems that this is caused by the network stalling for some reason. I wanted to see if a timeout could be added (there currently isn't one) and turns out that the lib we use has been deleted by now: https://www.npmjs.com/package/phin

It would be interesting to see how far it gets. Because it could well be blocked by a firewall for example, or simply never get any response from the network. Or perhaps DNS already fails.
Someone who can reproduce, maybe take a look with wireshark or similar.
