Toggle buttons from matplotlib toolbar (at the top) and biaplotter toolbar (second row of buttons) should be exclusively enabled

At the moment, the matplotlib buttons take precedence, which means that if one selects the zoom button and then the lasso selector button, both are enabled at the same time, but only the zooming functionality is applied.
