firewheel-cpal fails to compile without log and tracing features #101
Description
My CI caught an issue with firewheel-cpal where it fails to compile if both log and tracing are disabled. Looks like the macros don't have any implementation if both features aren't present.
It would be quite annoying to feature-gate every log, so I'm not sure what the nicest solution is.
