@pcm32@mbdebian and I have started a specification from biocontainers about how to move bioinformatics services, databases to cloud following some guidelines.
1- I have created a repository that will contain (with the same structure that we have for tools containers) all the service solutions.
2- We will work with a couple of examples that can be used as a reference for service solutions based on the following technologies:
Let’s get identifiers.org on the list as well. We already have a lot of work done in the direction of making the whole platform deployable by anyone.
Probably a webinar like session on the identifiers.org architecture could be something of interest.
