Holding bookmarks bar when mouse cursor is over it

Is it possible to hold bookmarks bar when mouse cursor is over it?

For example: mouse is over the Bookmarks button, then my bookmarks toolbar have 
toggled, then I try to choose my bookmark. But if the mouse has to leave the 
bookmarks area at least on the one pixel then it will closed... and then I need 
to put mouse cursor on Bookmarks button and try it all over again... It's a 
little bit annoying...

But if bookmarks area can be frozen when mouse cursor is over it. Then I can 
properly choose my bookmark and it's not will be closed up when I had to 
accidentally miss the bookmarks area.

I apologize for my bad English. I hope you understand what I mean :)
