support for about:newtab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download+install latest nightly
2. addon won't hide bookmarks bar when opening a new tab (about:newtab)

about:newtab was added just a few days ago

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
addon should hide it

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Hide Bookmarksbar 3.2, Win7 64bit, Firefox 13.0a1
