Checking "show on newt tab or start-page" greys out the other options.
Especially the one that takes over the state from the previous page on new
window (right column).

Now I'd like to have the option to "always show b-bar on newtab", "hide when
clicking something on newtab" but at the same time "take over settings from
previous tab" i.e. middle-clicking a link remembers the state of parent.

This would require an exception for newtab and startpage (and maybe special
pages like add-ons tab idk) and for all others "take over state from parent"

I'm using 3.3 on Ubuntu 12.04 firefox 15.0.1

Thanks for the addon! Ctrl+Shift+B as in chrome helps a lot!
