HyperOS revokes full-screen notifications

Any way to prevent HyperOS from arbitrarily disabling full screen notifications?
This has also happened to me before with Telegram .

Not having a phone with HyperOS, I unfortunately cannot help on this subject. 😭
In any case, it's a HyperOS issue; there are certainly forums discussing it.

You need to disable hyperos/miui system optimizations in developer settings.
