Warning icon on instances with open registrations without approval

Instances with open registrations without approval can easily be swarmed by spambots or not-so-friendly users.

Adding a little ⚠️ icon next to the name (in place of the 🔒 icon) with a tooltip explaining that could make users more aware of these kind of danger.
