This only happens on variable products - things with multiple sizes or colors. The Add to Cart button isn't aligned with the quantity input

Confirmed still happening you can use this csv to test it's the hoodie product

Also the labels are now white for some reason and I cannot change it without custom css maybe the changes to the neutral color for mega menus messed it up?
