WooCommerce + Edit Buttons

Parts of the Woo breadcrumb show thru this box:

Recommend hiding these edit buttons, as a user I'd expect them to go to WooCommerce specific controls. Also the Description text doesn't respond to the Body Link control.

On the Cart page, please remove the buttons by the x icon and the thumbnail - they currently go to Body Links

On Checkout the 'Click here to enter your code' doesn't use the palette (it probably should tho)

RC2 - Sale icon has higher z-index:

RC2 - there's still a pencil button by the 'Click here to enter your code' link on the checkout page. It doesn't respond to any color control so it really should be hidden.
