Please add to any (but hopefully all) of the following: headings, main text, menus, site title, tagline. The PPB would then need a corresponding control for overrides. Please make the PPB ticket when work begins on this one.

The first time I change letter spacing for main text, it adds the letter spacing to headings and menu as well.
