document how a developer would use sops-check on their local machine to quickly check a repo, e.g. via a longer docker call that uses the latest published version.

My goal would be to distribute sops-check as shell function and using Docker for software distribution

I think we first need to extract a documentation page from design.md which explains the configuration schema of .sops-check.yaml since developers have to create this file before using sops-check.

I wonder if we should provide an init command, which creates a documented .sops-check.yaml file that developers then can adjust to their needs.

Example:

❯ sops-check .
❌ config file ".sops-check.yaml" not found, run "sops-check init" to create it.

❯ sops-check init
✅ ".sops-check.yaml" created. Open it in your favourite editor and adjust to your needs.
