When considering Intelligent Tariffs when a despatch is issued, would it be possible to check a user configured binary.sensor/switch that indicates if the car is charging, and only adjust to Off-Peak if the car is charging? If no user configured sensor is available, then no change to the current logic.
Not sure if this logic is sound or how to handle a short charge in the 30 mins off-peak?
